Delta Analytics and Consulting represents the combined and collective expertise of two Ph.D.-trained Management Consultants and Data Analysts: Matthew McLarnon and Rima Tarraf
Both Matt and Rima received their Ph.D.'s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Western Ontario. Matt completed his Ph.D. in 2016 and Rima completed her Ph.D. in 2016. They are currently based in Detroit, Michigan, but have been traveled the globe extensively, and have been previously based in London, Ontario and Calgary, Alberta.
